Employee health and environmental sustainability are core values at Heiligenfeld Clinics. With locations predominantly in rural areas, they were looking for a partner who could enable innovative mobility, even far away from urban sharing services and developed local transport networks. Deutsche Dienstrad offers a digital leasing platform with easy access to nearby local specialist retailers.
Why Deutsche company bike?
With a total of four locations, the Heiligenfeld Clinic Group focuses on inpatient treatment and specialist medical training for psychosomatic illnesses. Founded in 1990, the company now employs over 950 employees.

This was particularly important for Heiligenfeld.
Since they wanted to implement this project at several locations, it was particularly important to them that the company bike process could be easily managed across the entire group. At the same time, they were looking for a simple way to inform their employees about the company bike proposal. Marketing materials for internal communication within the group were therefore also very important to SHW.
One of SHW's core values is the awareness that employees are its most valuable asset. That is why it focuses particularly on issues such as welfare and health. With company bikes from Deutsche Dienstrad, SHW aims to increase employee motivation and counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
Our concept
Im Rahmen der Spendenaktion im Mai und Juni 2021 ist es LABOKLIN und Deutsche Dienstrad gelungen, 2000€ für die Tafel in Bad Kissingen zu spenden. Für jeden mit dem Rad gefahrenen Kilometer, den die Mitarbeitenden von LABOKLIN zurückgelegt haben, wurde ein Beitrag von 30 Cent gespendet. Am Ende der zwei Monate kam dementsprechend Dank der fleißigen LABOKLIN Mitarbeitenden der Spendenbeitrag zusammen. Diese gelungene Spendenaktion diente nicht nur einem guten Zweck, sondern war gleichzeitig gut für die Gesundheit aller Teilnehmenden und eine gute Maßnahme für die Umwelt.

The challenges of Heiligenfeld.
Sustainable and innovative mobility is currently being introduced almost exclusively in large cities. However, rural business locations lack the infrastructure for models such as car sharing, bike sharing, e-scooters, and lower-emission means of transport. Company bikes are the solution.
Rural locations
Clinical locations are deliberately located away from large cities and industry. This environment promotes optimal healing for patients, but also poses certain challenges in terms of corporate values. There are not many sustainable mobility options available at these locations.
dealer network
The density of dealerships is also significantly lower at the company's locations than in large cities. Deutsche Dienstrad therefore worked closely with Heiligenfeld to establish a local dealer network, ensuring that the leasing process could run smoothly at all locations.
That's how the trial went.
Heiligenfeld is still supported by a dedicated contact person at our company. Close cooperation and constant communication ensured that requirements and requests relating to the introduction of the company bike program could be implemented efficiently.

A detailed introductory meeting and subsequent consultation ensured that we were able to develop a tailor-made concept for Heiligenfeld.

All individual claims were summarized in a framework agreement signed by the company.
